Everyone there was knowledgeable and courteous. Repairs were perfect, can't even tell there was anything done. Car was returned exceptionally clean! Their communication is the best by far. Hope I don't need collision repair again, but if I do, I will return to Caliber Collision.

Had amazing service! Nick and all the staff took such good care of me through the whole process during my vehicle repairs. My car was done properly, professionally, and with precision. Highly recommend this shop.

I had body repair twice with 2 vehicles. They did an exceptional work. The staffs are.very nice and respectful. Fidel Flores inspected the work done with me to make sure everything is done right. My car was very clean inside and out at pick up day. I was surprised when I was called that the repair is complete earlier than the promised date.

Had a little fender bender a week ago and today the good people at Caliber Collision took very good care of me and my car. Fidel Flores a service advisor was amazing to work with and treated me with kindness and respect. I am officially a customer for life! Final Update: It seems they've fixed the issues that were left over after repair. If the initial repair hand been handled the way the secondary repairs were done I would have been relatively pleased. Overall, not the best experience I've had with a body shop but the vehicle is seemingly fixed. Communication could be better and attention to detail seems to be lacking. I've updated my rating to three stars to reflect the totality of my experience. Updated 02/08/26: The roof was not installed properly after hail damage in November. Water is leaking into the cab and pooling on the floors under the carpets. This poses a serious safety hazard as the e-torque auxiliary battery pack is behind the backseat on the driver's side. I responded to the automated message from the company and have yet to hear back in response to my concerns. Original: To preface, My vehicle was one of many involved in the Portland hailstorm this year, so I understand that after the initial estimate of two week, it wasnt until week 6 that I received my vehicle.
